Our Voicebot is able to communicate with our clients in natural Vietnamese accents. It helps smoothen the conversation with customers, brings the highest level of comfort, and provides us with insights for further customer experience improvements. And this is only the beginning, as we have plans to further enhance the technology and also introduce its usage in other areas of our services for our customers.
