Our DNA Star - Hồ Thị Vân Anh, Sales Network Efficiency Analyst shares "At work, I face many difficulties and challenges and I believe that everything would be hard to complete without support from my team members and my boss. It is important to celebrate and recognize employees in whichever position and level they are. We need to lead by example and provide good examples to inspire others in achieving the same standards. Our culture is a culture of commitment, integrity, transparency, openness and courage. And those stars demonstrated courage by taking actions.
