We’re thrilled to have you along for the ride. To finish up final bits of paperwork for the onboarding process, please prepare and submit the following documents on your first day at Home Credit.
I. Photos of the original documents:
- Identification Card
- Education Degree
- Medical Checkup within 6 months
Notes:
- If you have already submitted photos of these documents via CMA application, please ignore this section.
- If you haven't submitted all the required photos via CMA, on your first onboarding day, please send an email to the relevant PIC of People Shared Services team as below and attach the photos of the missing documents.
- For those who haven’t updated the new Identification card, kindly prepare the Declaration Form of Personal Identification from your local authorities.
II. Hard copy documents need to be sent to People Shared Services team:
- 01 Criminal Records Certificate No. 2 (Only for IT, Security, Member of Board of Controllers, Field Payment Advisory Team Leader, Field Payment Advisory Team Leader – Province, Field Payment Advisory Manager positions)
- 01 Letter of Guarantee (For the position of Field Payment Advisor): certified by the local government within 6 months and attach with:

- 01 copy of ID card of the guarantor within 6 months
- 01 copy of documents proving relationship with the guarantor

- For those who work at Phu Nu Building: Please submit your document on your first onboarding day at Floor 10 – HR Department.
- For others: Please send your document to the address: HR Department, Home Credit Vietnam, Phu Nu Building, 20 Nguyen Dang Giai, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.

- Regarding Family Deduction Registration (if any), please refer to the instructions provided by the General Department of Taxation at this LINK. Or you can contact the People Shared Services team via email at vn.hrss.supports@homecredit.vn for specific guidance on how to proceed with the registration after your probation period. Currently, Family Deduction Registration only requires submission of soft copies documents and does not require notarization.
