As a global financial company, we have various possibilities to learn best practices from our peers in other countries as well as from our headquarters.
We were honored to welcome the group leaders from Home Credit International to Vietnam. The visit commenced with the "Chat with the Chiefs" Town Hall Lunch, where our group leaders answered plenty of interesting questions from our employees. They then enjoyed an informal breakfast with our senior managers to get to know each other better. This was a perfect chance for our people to meet and have meaningful talks with the group leaders in person, to show them the exciting work we are doing at Home Credit Vietnam.
Everyone had a great time and felt very much just like at home, thanks to the efforts of our global and Vietnam leaders to connect with each other and bring everyone closer. Together, we make Home a Great Place To Work!
