Senior Odyssey is our Global flagship talent program primarily designed for Senior Managers level, having the potential to become members of our Executive Team.

The program aims at accelerating the development of its participants through exposure to business experiential learning modules and project work in an international environment.

Senior Odyssey consists of five modules over 12 months for a group of 20-24 participants. Each module takes place in a different location chosen in order to visit companies and institutions whose strategic choices, activities and experience shed light on the focus of the module.
