High-class training program for managers

A healthy workplace environment is not only a place for comfortably working, but also for learning and developing. That's why Home Credit Group often organizes annual training activities for employees, typically the Odyssey Junior Program - a training program to provide significant skills for talented junior managers across member countries.

Participants of the Odyssey Junior program will be trained for 12 months within 4 Modules, where they are learned how to lead themselves, lead team, lead projects and lead to care.

It will be based on our common set of Home Credit Values, well proven leadership competencies and will be empowered by experience and knowledge of our most seasoned managers.
